This exhibition is a project I was working on for my portfolio class. The brief was to create an exhibit for The Design Museum about something we’re passionate about. I find stained glass and its history very intriguing.

This project had to include three posters and a book with QR codes. These QR codes would direct the audience to different areas and would give them additional information while also capturing their attention with a design, inspired by our topic.

I decided to design in a way that mimics the way glass functions. Glass is cut into shapes and is usually transparent. Glass can come in an array of vibrant, beautiful colors and combinations.

When glass is layered there is an amazing effect of unique colors and depth. My job was to capture that beauty through design.
